Stara Khata was a great choice for our family getaway in the French Alps. With the kids eager to explore, we took advantage of the mountain walking tours they organized, which had everyone enjoying the stunning scenery. As a proud Aussie who's passionate about the outdoors, I particularly appreciated the cycling opportunities nearby—perfect for bonding as a family. Evenings spent unwinding in the cozy communal areas added to our experience. While skiing wasn’t in season during our visit, the atmosphere was still welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. If you’re considering a family-friendly spot that caters to all, Stara Khata certainly delivers a relaxed vibe. We left with smiles and countless memories.
